How it all began…

Tustin Lions Club was chartered by a group of 50 community businessmen in 1948, making it the city’s first established service club. Early contributions by the Tustin Lions Club to the betterment of the community centered on local projects, such as:

  • Orange County Heart Association Fund Drive;

  • initial organizing of all local Little League & Pony League baseball competitions;

  • fundraisers for the support of Tustin 4-H & Future Farmer members through livestock sales;

  • leadership and financial support toward the building of the Tustin Youth Center; and

  • staging the Annual Mother’s Day Breakfasts attended by throngs of residents at Tustin High School as their “Community Reunion”.

Our motto and purpose has always been “We Serve”.
